Sheila Neisler is the owner of Catalyst - A Marketing Company. For more than 15 years, she has helped small and mid-size companies deliver double digit sales results by implementing her signature (people focused) 360° Marketing Plan. The average sale now takes 5 to 12 contacts. To keep the conversation going, she helps business owners and their sales teams integrate “Feet On The Street,” (person to person sales calls), Cause Marketing, Market Markers, Speaking Gigs, Earned Media, Printed Collateral, Customer Engagement, Special Events, Point of Sales and Social Media into one consistent message.

Catalyst is an evolution of "preaching what she practiced." Following a career in finance (A.A. Degree from University of South Florida and a B.S. Degree from Florida State in Finance) she started a corporate gift basket company in Charleston, South Carolina. Along the way, she built the company to produce 10,000 gifts annually using creative and cost-effective marketing programs. Based upon that success, she was recruited by an international trade association and a trade show magazine to lead marketing presentations throughout the country, sharing her "real world" experience on growing a small business.
After she expanded to North Carolina, local business leaders and clients encouraged her to jump into marketing projects full time. They valued her "brains more than her baskets" and Catalyst was created. Sheila has a breadth and depth of experience in insurance, financial services, retail, politics, restaurants, medical practices and not-for-profits. Her work method melds her "bottom line" banking experience with her top line "sales and marketing" passion to drive results.
